June 11th, I spoke to Ricky Lips, Jr. at his home in South Louisiana. He's doing well and getting on with his life. Right after interviewing Ricky I became ill. I had some mean virus that causes stomach cramps and nausea. Not a lot of fun. It lasted about a week and now I'm better but not quite out of the woods. At least I can eat something now besides popcicles and jello
